1 General Terms

Bajeev (bajeev.biz) is an online Sports Betting platform operating under an international licence. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bajeev and its users.

By using the Bajeev website or mobile app, creating an account, or accessing any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Bajeev.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Bajeev may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Bajeev:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless Bajeev expressly permits it under special circumstances.
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error before a match begins, Bajeev reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bet already accepted by the server will remain valid.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a match result, Bajeev's decision shall be final.

4 Payment Terms

All terms relating to financial transactions on Bajeev are detailed below. These rules are strictly enforced to ensure secure and transparent transactions.

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawal: Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–24 hours. In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not held in the user's own name are not permitted.
• Bajeev reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajeev and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software.
• Exploiting odds or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage (arbitrage betting).
• Using multiple accounts to fulfil bonus requirements.
• Participating in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyberattack targeting the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

Under no circumstances shall Bajeev's total liability to a user exceed the principal amount held in that user's account.

11 Dispute Resolution

• If the support team is unable to resolve an issue, it will be escalated to the management level.
• If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to a neutral third-party mediator for resolution.
